Here is an idea may be for next year. Have you thought of creating a computer system that allows your colleagues to arrange their changes/swaps for themselves?

Once you setup the first 當值 chart after considering your colleagues' constrains, your job is done. It is then up to your colleagues to swap with others if they have "unexpected" problems, etc. Just make sure they confirm with you that they agree to the swaps (log their changes on the system).

I don't know if this will work in your situation as I am guessing here but for someone who knows about hammer (software/computer stuff in this case), it is tempting to think your challenge is solvable by some simple software solution.

It is so much easier if your colleagues work with each others to sort out their scheduling problems. After all, them owning each other favours sound a ton better than you owning favours to a ton of your colleagues. :)

Good luck.

P.S. If your school has a computer classes, it may even be a good small software team project for the students to work on.

Let me know if you need more input and insight on this. It will be my pleasure to spend a few minutes to share with you my 2 cents here.
